We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the condition received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email simon.fuu24@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns for gift cards, final-sale items, or products that have been used, torn, punctured, or otherwise damaged after delivery.
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
